摘要

在建设工程的施工过程中,科学有效的管理是实现项目预期目标的充要条件。由于业主方是建设工程项目实施过程的总集成者,同时也是建设工程项目生产过程的总组织者,因此业主方的项目管理是参建各方项目管理的核心。论文对施工阶段业主方的项目管理展开论述,以期为业主进行项目管理提供参考。
        In the process of construction engineering, scientific and effective management is necessary and sufficient to achieve the expected objectives of the project. As the owner is the general integrator of the construction project implementation process and the general organizer of the construction project production process, the owner's project management is the core of the project management of all participants. This paper discusses the project management of the owner in the construction stage, hoping to provide reference for the owner in the project management.
