摘要
汽车仪表性能的可靠性和稳定性已经越来越受到重视,汽车仪表盘各指示读数的准确性及提示符号显示的正确性,是保证汽车产品质量与安全的前提条件。通过上位机的LabVIEW程序仿真发送相应汽车仪表的各种信号指令,由无线收发模块nRF905进行无线信息传送,再利用单片机模拟汽车产生的电阻信号、开关信号、CAN总线信号或PWM信号,进行仪表盘上各仪表质量检测和寿命测试,完成所见即所得的汽车仪表盘控制检测方式。
More and more attention has been paid to the reliability and stability of the performance of automotive instrument. The accuracy of the indicator reading and the correctness of the indication sign display are the preconditions to ensure the quality and safety of automotive products. The Lab VIEW program of the upper computer is used to simulate and send various signal instructions of the automobile instrument. The wireless information is transmitted by the wireless transceiver module nRF905. Then the resistance signal,switch signal,CAN bus signal or PWM signal produced by the automobile are simulated by the single chip computer. The quality and life of the instrument on automotive dashboard are tested,completing the WYSIWYG vehicle dashboard control test method
