摘要
截止阀作为主要的截断类阀门之一,在很多领域发挥重要作用。在直流式截止阀中,阀体流道与主流道呈一斜线使得流动状态的破坏程度比常规截止阀要小,但总体上由于阀门开启与关闭时,阀瓣行程较小且流体对阀瓣持续施压,使得通过螺纹启闭阀门所需力矩较大。将旋转升降阀杆结构设计为丝杆螺母式驱动方式,可以较大程度减小直流式截止阀的关闭力矩,并通过与锁紧轴套相配合的零件形成锁紧装置。通过装在阀杆下部的波纹管,隔离流体介质与阀杆,减小温度对密封填料的影响。阀体设置为上阀体和下阀体两部分并与波纹管安装。利用SolidWorks完成丝杠螺母式直流截止阀三维建模并进行强度校核,阀杆受力分析表明关闭力矩减小了53%。通过ANSYS FLUENT进行流体场分析,观察其在不同开度下的压力分布及速度矢量,得到压力、流速特性图。
        Stop valves are one of the most important cut-off valves which play an important role in many fields. In the oblique stop valve, the flow path of valve body is in a slash with the main channel that makes the destruction of flow state is smaller than conventional cut-off valve. On the other hand, as the valve discs has shorter stroke and continuous fluid pressure, the required torque through the thread is relatively large when the stop valve is opened or closed. The rotate lift stem structure was designed as ball screw driven mode, which could reduce the closing torque of the cut-off valve to a great extent and the parts coordinated with the locking sleeve formed a locking device. By installing the bellow in the lower part of the stem, the fluid medium could be isolated with valve stem and the effect of temperature on the seal filler could be reduced. The valve body was set to the upper part and the lower part to facilitate the installation of bellow. The three-dimensional modeling of the oblique stop valve driven by ball screw was completed by using SolidWorks and strength check was conducted. The force analysis of the valve stem shows that the closing torque reduces by 53%. The pressure field distribution and velocity vector at different opening degrees were observed by ANSYS FLUENT. The characteristics of pressure and velocity were obtained.
