摘要
为选择锰硅合金密闭式矿热炉烟气干法净化的过滤工艺和过滤材料,以33 MVA锰硅合金密闭式矿热炉为例进行研究,从冶炼生产所采用的原料、冶炼工艺、反应机理、产生的烟气和烟尘的理化性质等方面进行了分析,指出YT膜净化系统是铁合金高温烟气干法净化的一种可靠的方法。
In ordr to select filtering process and filter material of the closed MnSi ore-furnace,using the dry method to clean the exhaust gas,this research was based on 33 MVA closed MnSi ore-furnace.The analysis is demonstrated from the production in raw materials the smelting,smelting process,reaction mechanism,flue gas and dust of the physical and chemical properties,etc.in detail.YT filtering system is a reliable method for the ferroalloys ore furnace of the dry method to clean the high temperature exhaust gas.
