延续护理对脑出血患者术后健康行为、自我护理能力和依从性的影响

摘要
目的探讨延续护理对脑出血术后患者的健康行为、自我护理能力以及依从性的影响研究。方法选取99例住院的脑出血术后患者,最终纳入病例89例,将其分为对照组(45例)和观察组(44例)。对照组采用一般护理,观察组除一般护理外加用延续护理。对2组患者出院时以及出院6个月后的健康行为、自我护理能力和依从性进行评分比较。结果通过随访观察出院6个月后对照组和观察组在健康行为、自我护理能力和依从性评分均较出院时有所改善(P<0.05);其中延续护理组患者健康行为、自我护理能力和依从性相对于对照组得到显著改善,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论延续护理可提升脑出血术后患者的自我护理能力及健康行为及依从性,对其康复具有一定疗效。
Objective To investigate the effects of continous nursing on the health behavior,self-care ability and compliance of patients after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Ninety-nine patients with cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in the study.Finally 89 cases were enrolled as research subjects,who were divided into control group(n=45) and experimental group(n=44).The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however, the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group, were treated by continous nursing.The scores of health behavior,self-care ability and compliance on discharging from hospital and at 6 months after discharging from hospital were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The health behavior,self-care ability and compliance in both groups were significantly improved at 6 months after discharging from hospital,moreover,the health behavior,self-care ability and compliance in experimental group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continous nursing can improve the self-care ability,health behavior and compliance of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which has a certain curative effect on patient's rehabilitation.
