肝移植受者上消化道疾病的流行病学及影响因素

摘要
<正>随着肝移植技术的进步以及新型免疫抑制剂的使用,肝移植受者生存率及生存质量已有明显提升,但免疫抑制剂的长期应用也增加了肝移植术后上消化道并发症甚至新发恶性肿瘤的风险。Herrero等[1]的研究发现,在肝移植受者人群中,胃肠道并发症的患病率约为50%,此类并发症对肝移植受者生存质量及存活时间影响较大,国内的肝移植中心也有关于肝移植受者新发消化系统肿瘤导致预后较差的报道[2],因此,本文将从肝移植受者常见上消化道疾病发生率及影响因素方面进行综述。1肝移植术后反流性食管炎
