摘要
目的:研究马铃薯凝胶剂的抗静脉炎、消肿的药理活性。方法:选择昆明种小鼠30只,随机分为空白组、喜辽妥软膏组、马铃薯凝胶剂组,采用酒石酸长春瑞滨注射液(Vinorelbine,VIN)致化疗性静脉炎(Chemotherapeutic phlebitis,CIP)模型,考察马铃薯凝胶剂的抗静脉炎活性,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,评价马铃薯凝胶剂的抗炎消肿作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,马铃薯凝胶剂组对VIN所致的化疗性静脉炎引起的静脉皮肤颜色加深,并伴有疼痛、静脉条索状改变,及对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀均具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:本实验采用实验室自制的马铃薯凝胶剂,研究马铃薯凝胶剂的抗静脉炎、消肿作用,研究结果表明,马铃薯凝胶剂有较强的抗静脉炎消肿活性。经文献调研,未见相关马铃薯制剂的研究报道,该文初次研究了马铃薯凝胶剂的抗静脉炎、消肿作用,为马铃薯广泛应用于临床静脉炎的治疗提供了理论依据。
        Objective:To study the pharmacological activity of potato gels on anti phlebitis and detumescence. Methods:30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups:blank group,hirudoid forte cream group and potato gels group,vinorelbine tartrate injection(VIN)was used to establish a chemotherapeutic phlebitis(CIP)model to investigate the inhibitory effect of potato gels on CIP,the ear swelling model was established by xylene to investigate the anti-inflammatory and detumescence effects of potato gels. Results:Compared with the blank control group,chemotherapy phlebitis induced by VIN in potato gel group caused the vein skin color deepened and accompanied by pain,venous venous cord like changes,and xylene induced ear swelling were significantly inhibited(P<0.05). Conclusion:In this experient,the potato gel was used in the laboratory to study the anti-phlebitis and swelling effect,the results show that the potato gel has strong anti-phlebitis and detumescence activity. No reports on related potato preparations have been reported in literature. In this paper,the anti phlebitis and swelling effect of potato gel was first studied,which provided a theoretical basis for the wide application of potato to the treatment of clinical phlebitis.
