甘蔗主要农艺性状的遗传力和育种值估计

摘要
为了探讨甘蔗常用亲本的遗传特点,采用混合家系遗传参数估计法对株高、茎径、有效茎数、蔗糖分、蔗茎产量和含糖量6个甘蔗主要性状的遗传力、育种值等遗传参数进行估计。结果表明,15个母本中CP70-1133和CP89-2143的蔗茎产量、含糖量的育种值皆较高,可作为高产高糖母本;15个父本中粤糖84-3、桂糖92-66、粤农73-204、ROC22的蔗茎产量、蔗糖分和含糖量的育种值皆高,可作为高产高糖父本,作为父本应该重点加以利用。20个家系中CP89-2143×粤糖84-3和CP70-1133×桂糖92-66蔗茎产量和甘蔗蔗糖分遗传值较高,可作为选育甘蔗新品种重点家系,建议降低茎径的选择强度,避免优良单株漏选。本研究为"中国糖都"崇左蔗区甘蔗育种的亲本选择和杂交组合配置提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
        In order to understand the genetic characteristics of commonly-used parent of sugarcane, The heritabilities, breeding values and other genetic parameters of six main agronomic traits(including plant height stem diameter, effective stem number, sucrose content, cane yield and sugar yield) of sugarcane were estimated by genetic parameter estimation method of mixed family. The results showed that among 15 female parents, CP70-1133 and CP89-2143 had higher breeding value of cane yield and sugar yield, which could be used as high-yield and high-sugar female parents. Among 15 male parents, Yuetang84-3, Guitang92-66, Yuenong73-204, and ROC22 had higher breeding value of cane yield, sucrose content and sugar yield, which could be used as high-yield and high-sugar male parent, and they were proposed for frequent use. Among these 20 families, CP89-2143×Yuetang84-3 and CP70-1133×Guitang92-66 had higher genetic value of cane yield and sucrose content, which could be considered as the most important families for sugarcane variety breeding with low selection intensity of stem diameter to avoid missing fine individual. This study would provide a theoretical basis and technical support for parent selection and allocation of hybrid combination of sugarcane breeding in sugarcane-growing area of Chongzuo city,Guangxi, known as the Chinese sugar capital.
