摘要
为合理清洁利用内河南省陕渑煤田各生产煤矿的煤,基于全区地质背景以及含煤地层的基本情况,对矿区煤的物理性质与煤岩特性进行了分析,确定了煤的工业性能和用途,选取灰分、硫、汞、氯、铬、镉、砷、氟、硒、铅、锰等11个指标作为煤炭资源洁净潜势评价因子对矿区煤的洁净等级进行划分。结果表明:二1煤层的宏观煤岩类型多为半暗煤及半亮型煤;有机显微煤岩类型以镜质组为主,半镜质组和惰性组含量基本相等。陕渑煤田二1煤主要为中灰中富硫、低磷焦煤,次为瘦煤,无烟煤和弱粘结煤。通过分析原煤工艺性能,说明二1煤层为高发热量、挥发分适中、结焦性能良好、强抗碎性煤,属中等难选—低等难选煤类。矿区总体煤洁净等级为不洁净煤。
        In order to rationally clean and utilize the coal produced in the Shanxi Mian coalfield of Henan Province,Based on the geological background of the whole area and the basic situation of coal bearing strata,the physical properties of coal and the characteristics of coal and rock are analyzed. The industrial properties and uses of coal are determined. Eleven indicators,such as ash,sulfur,mercury,chlorine,chromium,cadmium,arsenic,fluorine,selenium,lead and manganese,were selected as evaluation factors of clean potential of coal resources to classify the clean grade of coal in mining areas. The results showed that: The macroscopic coal and rock types of two1 coal seam are mostly semi-Dark coal and semi-bright briquette. The organic micro coal type is mainly vitrinite. The contents of the semi vitrinite and inert groups are basically the same. The two1 coal in Shanxi Mian coalfield is mainly medium sulfur rich sulfur and low phosphorus coking coal,the next is lean coal,anthracite and weakly caking coal. It belongs to medium-low refractory coal. The total coal cleaning grade in the mining area is unclean coal.
