新疆一起驴腺疫的诊断与治疗

摘要
2018年5月中旬,新疆和田地区某驴养殖场刚引进的8 000余头肉驴陆续出现一种急性、高热性群发疾病,平均日死亡数高达20余头。发病驴临诊表现为体温升高(40~43℃)、心跳加快、腹式呼吸、食欲废绝以及分泌灰黄色浓稠鼻液等。剖检病死驴可见,肝脏肿大、淤血,肺脏充血、出血,气管内聚集大量暗红色液体,脾脏暗黑且极度肿大,有些死驴有胃破裂现象,腹腔内充满胃内容物,其他脏器未见明显病理变化。无菌采集驴心血、肺脏、肝脏、脾脏和肾脏样本,进行细菌分离鉴定和药敏试验,通过触片镜检、分离培养、16S鉴定、生化试验等,鉴定分离菌为马链球菌马亚种。药敏试验显示,该分离菌株对β-内酰胺类药物敏感,对氨基糖苷类药物和四环素类药物敏感性低。根据药敏试验结果迅速选择合适药物进行治疗,驴群病情很快得到控制。结合临床症状、剖检病理变化、实验室诊断、干预治疗等,最终确诊该驴场发生的疫病是由马链球菌马亚种引起的驴腺疫。
        In mid-May 2018,an acute and hyperpyretic disease was successively found in more than 8 000 just introduced donkeys in a farm in Hetian Prefecture of Xinjiang,with an average daily death of more than 20 donkeys.Some clinical symptoms appeared in diseased donkeys,including increasing body temperature(40–43℃),quickening heartbeat,abdominal breathing,failure of appetite,thick gray-yellow nasal discharge,etc. According to the autopsy results,the following symptoms were also found,such as enlarged liver,congestion,pulmonary congestion and hemorrhage,dark and extremely swollen spleen,large amount of dark red liquid accumulated in the trachea,gastric rupture in some donkeys was observed,and the abdomens were full of gastric contents. No any obvious pathological changes were found in other organs. Heart blood,lungs,liver,spleen and kidney were sampled under sterilized environment to separate and identify bacteria and to conduct drug sensitivity tests. The isolate was identified as Streptococcus equi zooepidemicus(SEZ)by means of wafer microscopic examination,isolation and culture,16 S identification and biochemical tests. It was identified that the isolate was sensitive to β-lactams,with low sensitivity to aminoglycosides and tetracyclines. Finally,the disease was controlled rapidly by selecting appropriate drugs in accordance with test results. Therefore,it was concluded that the disease found in the farm was confirmed to be donkey strangles that was caused by SEZ as identified by clinical symptoms,pathological changes,laboratory diagnosis and intervention treatment.
