新时代“工匠精神”与景德镇陶瓷文化产业升级的耦合

摘要
在厘清"工匠精神"科学内涵的基础上,笔者从人们对产品品质的追求、国家经济发展阶段转向以及整个人类社会发展客观规律等方面,挖掘"工匠精神"的回归与复兴的时代价值。通过品牌号召力缺乏、人才缺位、特色缺场等现状脉诊出景德镇陶瓷文化产业之病灶,由此从理念契合和观念指引2两个方面,把握新时代"工匠精神"与景德镇陶瓷文化产业升级内在耦合性,进一步从宏观层面的理念、中观层面的制度和微观层面的操作等,探寻以"工匠精神"驱动景德镇陶瓷文化产业升级的具体路径。
On the basis of clarifying the theoretical meaning of spirit of craftsman,this paper explores the time value of the return and revival of the spirit of craftsman from the aspects of people's pursuit of product quality,the transition of national economic development stage and the objective law of the whole social development.Based on the lack of brand appeal,lack of talents,and lack of characteristics,etc.,the focus of the cultural industry of Jingdezhen's ceramic was diagnosed.Therefore,we should grasp the inherent coupling between the spirit of craftsman and the upgrading of the cultural industry of Jingdezhen's ceramic in new era from the perspectives of concept fit and concept guidance.Further from the macro-level concept,the middle-level system and the micro-level operation and so on to explore the craftsman spirit to drive the cultural industry of Jingdezhen's ceramic upgrade specific path.
