智力资本的网络属性及内部协同机制研究

摘要
知识经济时代,智力资本在价值创造中的作用已经得到了学界的广泛认可和尊重,本研究尝试从知识、分工以及人际三个角度阐述智力资本内部要素的网络属性,并以三维要素的协同为基础,提出了以任务为导向的智力资本网络协同互动机制,建立人力资本的知识流动网络、结构资本的二元分工网络以及关系资本的人际网络。同时,以人力资本的知识为核心在跨层级、跨职能的流动和转化过程中,构建三要素协同合作的智力资本网络,有利于加深我们对智力资本内部各要素的协作效应和对企业价值作用机理的理解。
In the era of knowledge economy, the role the intellectual capital plays in the value creation been widely acknowledged and respected in the academia. The paper expound the network property of the internal factors of the intellectual capital in the three perspectives of knowledge, division of labor and interpersonal relationships. What's more,based on the collaboration of three-dimensional factors, the paper comes up with a task-oriented intellectual capital network collaborative interaction mechanism and proposes to establish a knowledge flow network for the human capital, a network of binary division of labor for structural capital and an interpersonal network for relational capital. The paper also tells the construction of the intellectual capital network based on the collaboration of the three factors in the cross-level and cross-functional flow and transformation process helps to deepen our understanding of the collaboration effect of the internal factors of the intellectual capital and its functional mechanism to the enterprises' value.
