摘要
"十三五"以来,面对低油价的严峻挑战,针对大马拉小车、高耗低效等问题,贯彻低成本发展理念,转观念、促创新,狠抓老油田节能降耗工作,实施系统优化简化改造,推广应用低成本新工艺、新技术,强化精细管理,主要技术经济指标持续优化。采用攻关推广预分水技术,推广应用高效注水技术,推广应用余热综合利用技术、持续开展地面系统优化简化等六项措施,实现年节能降耗14亿万。
        since much starker choices-and graver consequences-in ", " facing the challenge of low oil prices, for big car, the problem such as high consumption low, carry out low cost development idea, concept, promote innovation, vigorously promotes the energy conservation and consumption reduction for the old oil field, the implementation of system optimization to simplify the modification, low cost new craft, new technology application, strengthen the fine management, main technical and economic indicators for optimization.By adopting six measures, including tackling key problems and popularizing predicted water technology,popularizing and applying high-efficiency water injection technology, popularizing and applying comprehensive utilization technology of waste heat, and continuously carrying out optimization and simplification of ground systems, the annual energy saving and consumption reduction has reached 1.4 billion yuan.
