摘要
介绍轨道交通健康诊断系统的组成结构,主要包括车载检测系统、轨旁检测系统、数据分析中心及资产管理系统;介绍主要采用的算法、系统的技术要求及采用的平台软件;介绍系统能够实现的功能:主要有实时支持、离线支持和长期维护支持3种不同模式,用以解决不同迫切程度的故障。该系统不仅实现数据自动下载和自动分析,关键可以实现故障预测维护,避免故障影响运营。该系统应用到轨道交通后,可提升车辆的可用性、管理效率和维修效率,并且能够节约成本、优化设计和提升服务质量。
        This article studies the health diagnosis and intelligent maintenance system for railway traffic by explaining the system and its structure. The system is composed of four major parts: on-board detection system, wayside detection system, data analysis center, and asset management system. The article also introduces the technical requirements of the system and the software platform used by it. It discusses the functionality of the system, which mainly offers real-time support, offline support, and long-term maintenance, so as to solve the faults of different degrees of urgency. The algorithm used in the system is described. This system not only ensures that the data are downloaded and analyzed automatically, but also ensures predictive repair to avoid the non-utilization of a train. If the transportation system is implemented, it will improve the availability of the trains, increase the management and repair efficiency, save costs, optimize the design, and improve the service quality.
