微量醋酸亮丙瑞林对老龄雌性大鼠性腺轴的调节机制

摘要
目的:观察注射微量醋酸亮丙瑞林对老龄雌性大鼠卵巢和血液雌激素水平的影响,探讨其对性腺轴的调节机制。方法:采用SD老龄雌性大鼠皮下注射不同剂量醋酸亮丙瑞林,应用HE染色、放免法观察卵巢、雌二醇(E2)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平的变化情况。结果:各给药组老龄雌鼠血中E2的水平高于老龄空白组(P<0.05),通过HE染色观察到各给药组大鼠卵泡数显著高于老龄空白组(P<0.05)。结论:微量醋酸亮丙瑞林能改善雌性大鼠卵巢的形态和功能,上调血液各个激素的水平,调控老龄性腺轴延缓卵巢的衰老。
        Objective: To observe the effect of injecting microscale Leuprorelin Acetate on ovarian and blood estrogen levels in aged female rats, and to explore its regulation mechanism on the gonadal axis. Methods: Different doses of Leuprorelin Acetate were injected subcutaneously in aged SD female rats. Ovarian, the levels changed of estradiol(E2), gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) were observed by HE stain and radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of E2 in blood of aged female rats in the drug-administered group were higher than those in the old-aged control group(P<0.05).HE stain showed that the number of follicles in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the old-aged control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The microscale Leuprorelin Acetate can improve the morphology and function of the ovaries in female rats, up-regulate the levels of various hormones in the blood, and can regulate aging of the gonads to delay aging.
