青岛市临床护士健康生活方式与职业幸福感的关系

摘要
目的调查分析青岛市临床护士健康生活方式(HPL)与职业幸福感及两者之间的关系。方法采用随机抽样法抽取青岛市5所市级医院护士650名,采用统一一般资料调查问卷、健康促进生活方式量表与医务工作者职业幸福感量表进行调查,采用Spearman相关分析护士健康生活方式与职业幸福感之间的关系,采用logistic多元线性回归分析护士健康促进生活方式的影响因素。结果 650名护士中有效样本635名,有效率为97.69%。635名护士的HPL和职业幸福感总平均分分别为(63.02±15.44)和(76.25±12.26)分,得分率分别为58.35%和63.54%;HPL与职业幸福感总分及各维度评分之间呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,医院属性、编制属性(正式编制)、文化程度、身心健康、社会支持和价值/能力体现为影响护士HPL的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论临床护士的HPL与职业幸福感之间呈明显正相关,有必要针对性地开展管理措施以改善HPL与职业幸福感。
        Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between the healthy life style(HPL and professional happiness of clinical nurses in Qingdao.Methods 650 nurses from 5 Qingdao municipal hospital were selected through random sampling method,and health promoting lifestyle questionnaire and medical workers professional well-being scale were used for the investigation.The Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the nurses'health way of life and career happiness,and the logistic multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors of nurses health promoting lifestyle.Results The effective sample of 650 nurses was 635,with an effective rate of 97.69%.The HPL and occupational happiness of 635 nurses were(63.02±15.44)and(76.25±12.26),respectively,with a score of 58.35%and 63.54%,respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between HPL and the total score of occupational happiness and the scores of each dimension(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that hospital attribute,establishment attribute(formal establishment),education level,physical and mental health,social support and value/ability were independent factors influencing nurses'HPL(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a significant positive correlation between HPL of clinical nurses and occupational happiness,so it is necessary to carry out targeted management measures to improve HPL and occupational happiness.
