新型配方生物制剂不同施药方法对中后期条螟白螟防控效果评价

摘要
为筛选防控中后期甘蔗条螟白螟的新型配方生物制剂及精准高效施药技术,选用72%苏云·杀单可湿性粉剂、8%氯氟氰·甲维盐悬浮剂和3.6%氯氟氰·苏云悬浮剂进行人工和无人机飞防喷施田间试验研究。试验结果表明:72%苏云·杀单可湿性粉剂、8%氯氟氰·甲维盐悬浮剂9月中旬喷施对中后期甘蔗条螟白螟螟害株和螟害节均具有良好的防控效果。72%苏云·杀单可湿性粉剂3000 g/hm~2和8%氯氟氰·甲维盐悬浮剂750 mL/hm~2,每公顷用药量兑水900 kg,每公顷兑飞防助剂及水15 kg,叶面喷施对螟害株率的防效可达81.3%以上,对螟害节率的防效可达88.6%以上。本研究显示72%苏云·杀单可湿性粉剂、8%氯氟氰·甲维盐悬浮剂是防控中后期甘蔗条螟白螟理想的新型配方生物制剂,可在9月中旬人工和无人机飞防叶面喷施。
        To screen new formula biological agents and accurate & efficient application methods to controlProceras venosatus(Walker) and Tryporyza intacta Snellen in the middle and later period, a field test wasconducted with 72% Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)·monosultap WP, 8% cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA and3.6% cyhalothrin·Bt SA through artificial spraying and unmanned aerial vehicle spraying. Test results showedthat 72% Bt·monosultap WP, 8% cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA sprayed in mid-September had goodprevention and control effect on the damaged stalks and damaged internodes. 72% Bt·monosultap WP at thedosage of 3000 g/hm~2 and 8% cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA at the dosage of 750 mL/hm~2 were dilutedwith 900 kg water per hectare and 15 kg of Haoyang aerial control special additives and water per hectare,which sprayed on leaf surface, and the control effect against borer-damaged stalk rate was above 81.3% andthat against borer-damaged internode rate was above 88.6%. This study indicated that 72% Bt·monosultap WP and 8% cyhalothrin·emamectin benzoate SA were ideal new formula biological agents for prevention andcontrol of P. venosatus and T. intacta in the middle and late period, and could be sprayed artificially or sprayedwith unmanned aerial vehicle on leaf surface in mid September.
