摘要
为全面掌握高速铁路动车组Wi-Fi运营服务系统运行状态,规范系统运营管理,加强平台经营建设,结合旅客列车特殊的运营场景,分别从运管中心、地面系统、车载局域网和服务系统4部分分析运营服务系统功能,并从系统性能监控、应用服务监控、用户行为监控3个维度入手,综合分析多维度监控指标,构建高速铁路动车组Wi-Fi运营服务综合监控体系。对全链路数据进行同步跟踪与监控,进而精准定位客运产品需求,实现客运产品特征标签化,以促进高速铁路动车组Wi-Fi运营服务系统的数据归集和大数据开发经营。
        To monitor the operation state of Wi-Fi operation and service system of high-speed railway EMU, standardize the system operation and management, strengthen the platform operation and construction and combine the special operation scene of passenger train, this paper analyzes the function of the operation service system from four aspects: the transportation management center, ground system, vehicle-mounted LAN and service system, and it also analyzes the multidimension monitoring index from three dimensions: system performance monitoring, application service monitoring and user behavior monitoring to build a high-speed railway EMU Wi-Fi operation and service integrated monitoring system. We track and monitor the whole link data synchronously, then accurately locates the passenger transport product demand to realize the characteristic label of the passenger transport product in order to promote the high-speed railway EMU Wi-Fi operation service system data collection and big data development and operation.
