随着建筑节能逐步进入后75%的更高标准要求,2017年9月12号,国务院发布《关于开展全面质量提升行动的指导意见》以来,与建筑相关的行业全面面临产品升级及企业转型的契机。2018年的建筑市场对很多企业来说是艰难的一年,但对于能够对市场变化提前预测并及时转型的企业来说却是丰收的一年。为什么会出现如此大的反差呢?本文希望通过解读国内标准变化,参照德国市场变化情况,加以客观地分析,给业界同仁提供一些借鉴,有不足之处还请业界同仁批评指正。
