自媒体时代提升高校思想政治工作水平的问题与路径探析

摘要
自媒体技术可有效提升高校思想政治工作内容的亲和力、丰富工作形式的多样性、增强工作实效的可检验性,但也带来了话语权面临挑战、工作方式方法遭遇考验、传统优势不再明显等问题。自媒体时代提升高校思想政治工作水平,可从以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想定义自媒体新内涵;以高校思想政治工作根本任务明确自媒体新定位;以标准化、规范化、系统化建设促进自媒体新发展;以虚拟化、痕迹化的特性取得自媒体新实效探索工作新思路。
We-media technology can not only effectively improve the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,enrich the diversity of work forms,but also make the effectiveness of the work more verifiable.But it also cause some problems.For instance,the right of speech is facing some challenges,and ways of working are being tested.What′s more,the superiority of tradition is no longer obvious.In order to promote the level of ideological and political work in universities in the media era,we can renew the definition of we-media era from the Xi Jinping′s new socialist thought with Chinese characteristics.And we can clear the new orientation of we-media by making the ideological and political education in colleges and universities the basic task.Additionally,we can promote the new development of the we-media with standardization,standardization and systematization.Furthermore,we can get some new ideas of the practical exploration for We-media with analytical and measurable features.
