信息化教学在“生物制品生产与检测”课程中的应用——以“大肠杆菌灭活疫苗的生产与检测”单元为例

摘要
以"生物制品生产与检测"课程中"大肠杆菌灭活疫苗的生产与检测"为例,利用蓝墨云班课手机APP作为教学平台,将信息化教学手段与具体的教学方法相结合,从教学分析、教学策略、教学过程和教学特色4个方面对"生物制品生产与检测"课程进行了信息化教学模式的探索和实践。实践发现,丰富的信息化教学资源便于学生的重复学习,随时随地学习,实现"学中做、做中学";同时,整个教学过程中学生融合学习者、设计者、实践者、评价者四重身份于一体,凸显学生的主体地位,提升了学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高了教学效率和教学质量。
        For discussion the application of information teaching in the course Biological Products Production and Detection,the teaching design of production and detection of inactivated vaccines for Escherichia coli was taken as an example. With the aid of teaching platform of Moso Teach APP,information teaching methods is designed and practiced from teaching analysis,teaching strategies,teaching process and teaching characterics. The practice showed that plenty information teaching resources provide convenience for students to study whenever they have time and wherever they may be,and make"doing by learning,learning by doing" come true. Meanwhile, the key role of students was highlighted in the information teaching process by demonstrating the four roles of learner, designer, practitioner and evaluator. It's proved that the proper use of information improved not only students' learning interest and initiative,but also the teaching efficiency and teaching quality.
