摘要
本试验旨在研究早期断奶对犊牛生产性能和母牦牛繁殖性能的影响。试验组采取"全哺乳+早期诱饲+补饲+放牧+早期断奶"的模式进行饲养,对照组采取传统放牧。实验表明:试验组犊牛5月龄实现早期断奶,体重极显著高于对照组(p<0.01)((53.13±12.34) kg VS (23.44±9.38) kg);试验组犊牛7月龄时体重达71.42 kg,比对照组提高了1.36倍;血液检测分析:与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了牛表皮生长因子(p<0.05);12月龄时体重极显著高于对照组(p<0.01)((87.25±23.43) kg VS (39.51±17.28) kg);当年生犊牦牛实施早期断奶,母牦牛进入下一个繁殖周期,其"一年一胎"比例达68.6%。因此,早期断奶尚未影响犊牦牛生长发育,同时有利于母牦牛年产犊的提高。
        The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of early weaning on the production performance of calves and the reproductive performance of mother yaks. The calves in the experimental group were fed with"full lactation +early feeding +feeding +grazing +early weaning"pattern, and the control adopted traditional grazing pattern. The results showed that: the average weight of calves in the experimental group that achieved early weaning at the age of 5 months was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01)(53.13±12.34 kg VS23.44 ±9.38 kg); at the 7-month-old, it achieved 71.42 kg, 1.36 times higher than the control group; Blood test analysis: Compared with the control group, the test group significantly increased the bovine epidermal growth factor(p<0.05); at 12-month-old, a dramatically increase of weight in experiment group was observed(p<0.01)(87.25±23.43 kg VS 39.51±17.28 kg); When the young calves were conducted at early weaning, the mother yaks came into the next breeding cycle, and the"one year a child"ratio achieved 68.6%. Therefore, early weaning might have not yet affected the growth and development of yaks, and be conducive to the improvement of annual calf production of female yaks as well.
