AIDS相关性淋巴瘤超声影像研究进展

<正>艾滋病又称获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS),是人体感染人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)后,CD4+淋巴细胞数量不断减少,造成机体细胞免疫功能严重受损,发生机会性感染和恶性肿瘤等一系列临床表现的综合征。AIDS相关性淋巴瘤(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome-relatea lyrephoma,ARL),是一组与HIV感染有关的淋巴组织异质性肿瘤。流行病学资料显示,近年来随着高效
