摘要

目的探讨获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者超声引导下介入手术中医务人员职业防护方法。方法回顾性分析经超声引导下介入手术的158例AIDS患者的临床资料、手术方式及防护措施。结果 158例患者共行超声引导下介入手术204次,均成功取得病变组织或达到临床治疗效果,未发生严重并发症,无死亡病例。医务人员发生1例粘膜暴露,暴露后按规则预防,医务人员未发生人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染。结论医务人员为AIDS患者实施超声引导下介入手术安全性高。医务人员做好职业防护,严格遵守操作规范,术中精细操作,可避免发生职业暴露。
        Objective To explore the occupational protection methods for medical staff of interventional operation with ultrasound-guided in AIDS patients.Methods The clinical data,operative methods and protective measures of 158 AIDS patients who underwent interventional operation with ultrasound-guided from were analyzed retrospectively.Results 158 patients were treated by interventional operation with ultrasound-guided for 204 times.The pathological tissue was successfully obtained or the clinical therapeutic effect was achieved.No serious complications and no death cases were found.There was one case with mucosal exposure.According to the principle of prevention after occupational exposure,no HIV infection was found in medical staff.Conclusions The safety for medical staff of intervention operation with ultrasound-guided in AIDS patients was high.Medical staff with a good occupational protection,strict compliance with operational norms and fine operation could avoid occupational exposure.
