摘要
将桐油与生漆按不同配比混合制成桐油漆并制备髹漆丝织物,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察髹漆丝织物的纤维拉伸断口形貌,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对髹漆丝织物的结晶度进行检测计算,研究油漆比对髹漆丝织物拉伸性能和结晶度的影响。结果表明:漆液中添加桐油使髹漆丝织物的拉伸性能有所增加,髹涂含40%(体积分数)桐油的桐油漆丝织物的拉伸性能最好,拉伸断裂强度62.31 MPa,伸长率20.15%;油漆比对髹漆丝织物的晶化程度有影响,髹涂含40%桐油的桐油漆丝织物具有最高的晶化程度(结晶度66.3%)。试验结果有助于研究古代漆艺与丝绸结构性能之间的关系。
        In order to study on the effects of ratios of tung oil to lacquer on the tensile properties of lacquered silk fabric, various lacquered silk fabrics coated with different ratios of tung oil to lacquer were produced, whose tensile fracture morphology was identified by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and crystallinity was measured with X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed that tensile properties of all lacquered silk fabrics increased with the addition of tung oil to the lacquer, among which the one coated with an addition of 40% tung oil had the best performance. Its tensile breaking strength was 62.31 MPa, and the elongation at break was 20.15%. Furthermore, the ratio of tung oil to lacquer also affected crystallization degree of the lacquered silk fabric, and the one coated with 40% tung oil had the highest crystallization degree(crystallinity 66.3%). The results will facilitate the study on the relationship between the ancient lacquer technique and the silk structure and property.
