光学玻璃非球面元件模压过程仿真与实验

摘要
为了分析光学玻璃非球面元件模压工艺过程并选择出最优的加工工艺参数,采用有限元分析模型,对L-BAL42光学玻璃非球面元件的模压过程进行了预先工艺仿真。基于有限元分析软件MSC.Marc仿真了非球面光学玻璃模压工艺过程,讨论了模压速率、模压温度对光学玻璃非球面元件模压成型后等效应力的影响,并获得了最优的工艺参数。最后使用GMP-415V光学玻璃模压设备,实验给出一个非球面透镜的模压结果,其面形精度PV值优于0.3,表面粗糙度Ra小于3nm。其结果表明,采用有限元仿真光学玻璃非球面元件的模压工艺工程是可行的,可用于各种光学材料和各种非球面元件的预先仿真工艺分析,为各种元件的模压快速成型提供技术保障。实验研究达到了高精度光学玻璃非球面元件模压快速成型的目的。
        In order to analyze the molding process of optical glass aspheric surface and choice the optimal processing parameters,it used the finite element analysis model to simulate the molding process of L-BAL42 optical glass spherical components.Based on the finite element analysis software MSC.Marc,the molding process of aspheric optical glass is simulated. The effect of molding temperature and molding velocity for equivalent stress in aspherical components after molding is discussed,and the best technology parameters are obtained.Finally,using GMP-415 V optical glass aspheric molding machine,the molding results of an aspheric lens is given,the surface precision value of PV is better than 0.3,surface roughness Ra is less than 3 nm.Experimental results show that the finite element method is feasible to simulate the molding process of optical glass aspheric element,and the process of molding simulation can be used to analyze the pre simulation process of various aspherical optical materials and provide technical support for rapid molding. The experimental research has achieved the purpose of high precision optical glass aspherical components rapid molding.
