甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的效果研究

摘要
目的分析甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在治疗2型糖尿病方面的临床疗效。方法研究对象选择该院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的156例2型糖尿病患者。所选择的的患者在经过口服降糖药物或联合磺脲类药物治疗后的血糖控制情况均未达标,因此将治疗方案调整为甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈进行治疗,在3个月的治疗周期结束后分析治疗效果,以空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白指标进行判定。结果研究结果表明,患者在采用甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗后,在空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值与糖化血红蛋白均要优于治疗前,证明了该治疗方案的有效性。治疗前后各项指标数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在治疗2型糖尿病方面的效果更加显著,保持患者的血糖处于达标水平,减少低血糖发生率,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type2 diabetes. Methods The study subjects selected 156 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018. The selected patients did not meet the blood glucose control after oral hypoglycemic drugs or combined with sulfonylureas, so the treatment was adjusted to insulin glargine combined with repaglinide for treatment at 3 months. After the end of the cycle, the therapeutic effect was analyzed and judged by fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin. Results The results of the study showed that after treatment with insulin glargine and repaglinide, the fasting blood glucose level, 2 h postprandial blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin were superior to those before treatment, which proved the effectiveness of the treatment. The data of various indicators before and after treatment were significantly different, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide is more effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It is a safe and effective treatment to maintain the patient's blood glucose level and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
