朱良春辨治恶性淋巴瘤学术经验管窥

摘要
朱良春认为,正虚是恶性淋巴瘤产生的前提条件。肝、脾、肾三脏失调,出现气滞、血瘀、毒邪、湿聚、痰凝等一系列病理变化,最终痰瘀互结,发为本病。治疗上从肝、脾、肾三脏扶正固本,从痰、毒、瘀消瘤散结。草木药和虫类药结合,标本兼治,并总结了治疗恶性淋巴瘤的经验方。
ZHU Liangchun regarded healthy qi deficiency as the precondition of the generation of malignant lymphoma. The pathological changes such as qi stagnation,blood stasis,toxicity,dampness and phlegm caused by disorders of liver,spleen and kidney resulted in syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis which was the origin of this disease. The methods of strengthening and consolidating body resistance from liver,spleen and kidney and resolving hardness and dispersing mass from phlegm,toxicity and stasis were used for treatment. The combination of herb and worm medicine was applied to treat both manifestation and root cause of disease,and the experience of treating malignant lymphoma was summarized.
