参七散治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕的临床疗效探讨

摘要
目的探讨参七散治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月入住该院的患有气虚血瘀型眩晕的患者80例,进行研究分析,随机分为研究组和参考组,每组40例,医护人员均给予两组患者相同的饮食干预等常规治疗,研究组患者给予参七散口服液,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者在采取参七散治疗后显效30例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为95%。参考组患者在采用倍他司汀口服液治疗后显效20例,有效6例,无效14例,总有效率为65%。可见研究组患者的总有效率明显高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.15,P<0.05)。结论参七散可用于临床上治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕,且效果显著,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Powder in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type vertigo.Methods A total of 80 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type vertigo who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and analyzed. They were randomly divided into study group and reference group, 40 cases in each group. The two groups of patients received the same dietary intervention and other conventional treatments. The patients in the study group were given Shenqi powder oral liquid, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group,30 patients were treated with Shenqi powder, 8 patients were effective, 2 patients were ineffective, and the total effective rate was95%. In the reference group, 20 patients were markedly effective after treatment with betahistine oral solution, 6 patients were effective, 14 patients were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 65%. It can be seen that the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2=11.15, P<0.05). Conclusion Shenqi powder can be used for clinical treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type vertigo, and the effect is significant, which is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
