摘要
为了适应煤矿立井罐笼或斜井巷道对井下设备的运输尺寸要求,分级破碎机的机架需要进行分体式设计制造。分体机架之间采用夹板定位销联接方式,存在加工复杂、拆装困难、效率低等问题,通过对分体机架联接方式进行改进,采用卯榫联接方式,使拆装更加容易,拆装时间大幅减少,取得了较好的使用效果。
In order to meet the transportation size requirements of underground mine cages or inclined shaft roadways for downhole equipment, the frame of the sizing crusher needs to be split-type designed and manufactured. The splint positioning pin connection mode is adopted between the split-type frames, which has the problems of complicated processing,difficulty in disassembly and assembly,and inefficiency. By improving the connection mode of the split frame and adopting mortise-tenon connection mode, it is easier to disassemble and assemble,and the disassembling and assembling time is greatly reduced,and has achieved a good effect.
