高层钢结构吊装机械选型及吊装流程组织

摘要
以上海富士康大厦施工为例,对受周边环境制约情况下的钢结构吊装机械选型及吊装流程组织进行研究,采用差别化钢柱分段技术、塔式起重机+叉车组合技术、塔式起重机移位及型号转换,顺利完成工程量大、特殊工况下的钢构件安装。对钢构件采用堆卸点精确定位、进场时间及吊装顺序精心安排、构件安装工效的合理确定,实现吊装流程的精细化组织,高效、有序地完成吊装任务。
Taking the construction of Shanghai Foxconn Building as an example,the selection of steel structure hoisting machinery and the organization of hoisting process under the circumstance restriction is studied,and the steel component installation is successfully completed under the condition of large amount of engineering and special working conditions by adopting the differential steel column subsection technology,the combination technology of tower crane and forklift truck,the shift and type conversion of tower crane. Accurate positioning of stacking and unloading points,meticulous arrangement of entry time and hoisting sequence,and reasonable determination of component installation efficiency are adopted to realize fine organization of hoisting process and complete hoisting task efficiently and orderly.
