海上平台放空火炬燃冒黑烟问题原因分析与处理

摘要
海上平台放空火炬经常伴有黑烟现象,带来了环保隐患,尤其是现如今海上平台对环境风险加大了监测,如何控制燃冒黑烟问题成为很多海上油田面临的重要课题。分析了海上平台放空火炬产生黑烟的原因,结合油田现场解决火炬冒黑烟问题的实际过程,并从前期设计改进工艺角度以及后期生产改进两方面角度出发,提出抑制黑烟产生的方法以及典型应用案例分析,为相关的油田进行火炬燃冒黑烟治理提供应用经验。
Black smoke often accompanies the flare discharge of offshore platforms, which brings about potential environmental hazards. Especially nowadays, the environmental risk of offshore platforms has increased. How to control the smoke emission has become an important issue for many offshore oilfields. This paper analyses the causes of black smoke produced by flare discharge on offshore platforms, combines with the actual process of solving the problem of black smoke from the oilfield site, and puts forward the methods of restraining black smoke generation and typical application case analysis from the aspects of pre-design improvement process and post-production improvement, so as to provide application experience for the relevant oilfields to control the black smoke from flare discharge.
