摘要
目的建立化妆品中六价铬的离子色谱-紫外检测器测定方法。方法样品经0.05 mol/L氢氧化钠-磷酸盐缓冲液超声提取后离心,经阴离子色谱柱IonPac AS7(4 mm×250 mm)分离,采用150 mmol/L氯化铵-60 mmol/L氨水溶液为淋洗液,流速为0.8 ml/min,以紫外检测器(375 nm)检测。结果该方法线性范围为0.005~1 mg/L,回归方程为y=18.923x-0.011 7,r>0.999 9。方法检出限为0.04 mg/kg,定量下限为0.12 mg/kg,平均回收率为88.2%~98.8%,RSD为2.24%~4.50%。结论该方法操作简便,具有较好的精密度和准确度,适用于化妆品中六价铬的检测。
        Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of hexavalent chromium in cosmetics by ion chromatography with UV detector. Methods The cosmetics samples were treated by ultrasonic extraction with 0.05 mol/L sodium hydroxide +phosphate buffer solution and then centrifuged,hexavalent chromium in extract were separated by anion chromatography column IonPac AS7(4 mm ×250 mm),with mobile phase of 150 mmol/L ammonium chloride-60 mmol/L ammonia solution,the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,The UV detection wavelength was 375 nm. Results A good linear relationship showed in the range of 0.005-1 mg/L,and the regression equation was y=18.923 x-0.011 7,r>0.999 9. The limit of detection was 0.04 mg/kg,the limit of quantification was 0.12 mg/kg,the average recovery rates were 88.2%-98.8%,RSDs were 2.24%-4.50%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,precise and applicable to the determination of hexavalent chromium in cosmetics
