摘要
为了探索添加了水泥的乳化沥青冷再生混合料马歇尔试件最佳成型工艺,笔者从有可能影响马歇尔试件孔隙率和劈裂强度的因素着手,设计实验进行了一系列实验室研究。结果显示:对于添加水泥的乳化沥青冷再生混合料,在制备马歇尔试件时,应充分考虑沥青混合料的可拌合时间及水泥的初凝时间。建议拌合好的混合料等接近可拌合时间时进行装模,双面各击实50次,然后置于40℃烘箱养护2 h,取出后双面各击实25次,40℃烘箱养护至恒重,移入室温放置12 h后脱模。
To explore the optimum forming process of Marshall specimens of emulsified asphalt cold-recycling mixture with addition of cement, this paper designed a series of laboratory studies based on the factors that may influence the porosity and cleavage strength of Marshall specimens. The results showed that the mixable time of asphalt mixture and initial setting time of cement should be fully considered for the emulsified asphalt cold-recycling mixture with addition of cement when preparing Marshall specimens. It is suggested that mouldfilling should be done when mixture after mixing is close to mixable time with compaction of 50 times for both sides. Then it should be placed in the oven at 40 ℃ for curing of 2 hours with compaction of 25 times for both sides after being taken out of the oven. Finally it was put in the oven at 40 ℃ for curing till constant weight, and demoulded after moving to room temperature for 12 hours.
