摘要
煤矿井下工作环境相对比较特殊,井下机电设备在长时间、超负荷运转之后,往往容易出现机械类或电气类故障,重视机电设备故障分析与设备维修,是提高设备运行可靠性和保障矿井生产连续性的重要前提。在调查、分析矿井机电设备故障的基础上,分析了常见设备故障,并提出了针对性的维修方法,望对井下机电设备管理维护有所借鉴。
        The working environment of underground coal mine is relatively special. After long and overloaded operation of underground electromechanical equipment, mechanical or electrical faults are easy to occur. Paying attention to fault analysis and maintenance of electromechanical equipment is an important prerequisite for improving the reliability of equipment operation and ensuring the continuity of mine production. Based on the investigation and analysis of the faults of mine electromechanical equipment, this paper analyzed the common faults of the equipment and put forward targeted maintenance methods, hoping to provide some reference for the management and maintenance of underground electromechanical equipment.
