摘要
为研究导光板微透镜结构尺寸及其加工方式对导光板性能的影响,选取了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和聚碳酸酯(PC)两种材料的基板,在类固态等温热压印成型工艺条件下压印导光板。然后采用九宫格法分别测量其表面9个点的照度,并算出其平均照度和均匀度,以导光板的平均照度和均匀度为导光板质量的表征量。结果表明:网点直径为80和37μm的PMMA均匀度曲线交点所对应的基片厚度为0.95 mm,而PC的均匀度曲线交点所对应的基片厚度为0.80 mm;相同厚度下,PMMA导光板比PC导光板所需的网点微透镜结构直径大;越薄的导光板所需的网点微透镜结构越小;撞点法加工的微结构模具比激光烧灼模具更有利于导光板微透镜结构的成型。
        In order to study the infl uence of the size and processing method of the microlens on performance of the light guide plate, the average illuminance and uniformity of the light guide plate were used to characterize the quality of the light guide plate. The substrates of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) and polycarbonate(PC) were selected, which were embossed under the condition of a solid-like isothermal hot stamping process. Then, the illuminance of nine points on the surface was measured by nine-square grid method, and the average illuminance and uniformity were calculated. The results show that the intersection of the uniformity curves of the 80 μm and 37 μm PMMA corresponds to a substrate thickness of 0.95 mm, and the PC uniformity curve intersection corresponds to a thickness of 0.80 mm. The diameter of dot microlens structure of PMMA light guide plate is larger than that required for the PC light guide plate of the same thickness. The thinner light guide plate requires the smaller dot microlens structure. Comparing the quality of the light guide plate imprinted by the collision point die and the laser cauterization mold, it is found that the micro structure mold processed by the collision point method is more favorable for the molding of the micro lens structure.
