<正>银屑病又称牛皮癣,是一种免疫介导的的慢性炎症性疾病,除皮肤损害以外,还容易合并心血管疾病、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、贫血、代谢综合征和肾损伤。目前普遍认为,银屑病是多基因遗传背景下、多环境因素刺激诱导的T细胞为主的细胞免疫功能紊乱的免疫性疾病~([1])。银屑病与肾脏疾病之间是否存在相关性尚不清楚。最近有荟萃分析显示,银屑
