摘要

目的 :探讨中药治疗2型糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎的效果。方法 :计算机检索考克兰图书馆(Cochrane Library)、PubMed医学文献检索服务系统、中国知网(CNKI)、维普资讯网(VIP)和万方数据知识服务平台,搜集中药治疗糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎的临床随机对照试验,其中中草药或中草药联合西药治疗为观察组,单纯西药治疗为对照组。用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具评价研究方法学的质量并提取有效数据,RevMan 5.3软件进行合并分析。结果:符合纳入标准文献9篇,共578例病例,观察组291例,对照组287例。各研究间无异质性,结果稳定可靠,不存在明显的发表偏倚(P> 0.05)。观察组的临床治愈合并OR(95%CI)=2.58(1.87～3.68),疗效优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中药治疗2型糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎具有较好得效果,安全可靠,值得推广。
        Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with community acquired pneumonia. Methods: The clinical randomized controlled trials on Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with community-acquired pneumonia were retrieved from Cochrane Library, PubMed medical document retrieval service system, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang data knowledge service platform. The observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine or Chinese herbal medicine combined with Western medicine. The control group was treated with Western medicine alone. Methodological quality of the studies was evaluated using the Cochrane risk bias assessment tool to extract valid data. The meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software.Results: According to the inclusion criteria, 9 studies were included with 578 cases(291 in the observation group and 287 in the control group). There were no heterogeneity and significant publication bias among the studies(P>0.05). The combined OR of the observation group was 2.58(1.87～3.68)(95% CI)(P<0.05) indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine was effective on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with community-acquired pneumonia. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with community-acquired pneumonia. It is safe and reliable and worthy of promotion.
