摘要

海洋石油富岛有限公司52万t/a尿素装置最终冷却器经过多年运行,设备陆续出现裂纹、泄漏、堵塞,尿素产品的温度不能降到45℃以下等问题,产品质量得不到根本的保证,必须进行更新改造。详细介绍了最终冷却器的改造,对其他公司同类设备有一定的借鉴意义。
        After years of operation,the final cooler of 520,000 tons urea plant in our company has been cracked,leaked and blocked.The temperature of urea products can not be reduced to below 45 C.The quality of products can not be guaranteed fundamentally.Therefore,it is necessary to renew and transform the equipment.This paper introduces the upgrade of final cooler,which has a certain reference significance for similar equipment of other companies.
