杨洪涛运用麻桂合剂治疗慢性肾脏病皮肤瘙痒经验

摘要
总结杨洪涛教授治疗慢性肾脏病皮肤瘙痒的经验,提出其病机为本虚标实,以脾肾亏虚为本,风、湿、毒、瘀为标,主张急则治标缓则兼顾,治疗上巧用经方麻桂合剂以发汗散邪,调和营卫,内外并治,卓有成效。并附验案二则加以说明。
This article introduces Professor YANG Hongtao's experience in treating pruritus of chronic kidney disease. It is considered that deficiency is the root cause and excess is the superficial symptom. In other words,spleen-kidney deficiency is the root cause and wind,dampness,toxin and stasis are the superficial symptoms. He advocates treating secondary symptoms for emergency and chronic disease aiming at both aspects. In the treatment,Professor YANG applies Magui Mixture to sweat and harmonize yingqi and weiqi.Based on internal and external treatment,the effect is good. In the artick,the author has introduces two proven cases.
