造纸法再造烟叶表面黏附力检测方法的建立及验证

摘要
为了评价再造烟叶表面黏性,通过考察样品的制备条件及仪器参数设置,建立了再造烟叶表面黏附力的检测方法,并对该方法进行了重复性、差异性验证。结果表明:(1)再造烟叶样品的最佳制备条件为:平衡温度30℃,平衡相对湿度85%,平衡时间24 h;(2)质构仪的参数设置为:探头选用圆柱形探头,感应力4.90 N,挤压时间30 s,上拉速度20 mm/s;(3)检测方法结果重复性好,日间重复性实验RSD为4.72%,用建立的方法检测9个实验样品发现,不同厂家再造烟叶的表面黏附力存在明显差异。
        In order to evaluate the surface viscidity of reconstituted tobacco, a method for measuring the surface adhesive force of reconstituted tobacco with texture analyzer was established via investigating the preparation conditions of samples and the parameter setting of texture analyzer. The established method was verified with repeatability test and differential analysis. The results showed that: 1) The optimal preparation conditions for reconstituted tobacco samples were equilibrium temperature 30 ℃ at humidity 85% for 24 h. 2) The test conditions of texture analyzer were cylindrical probe, induction force 4.90 N, compression duration 30 s, and elevating speed 20 mm/s. 3) RSD of inter-day repeatability test was 4.72%, the differences between samples were detectable, and there existed significant difference of surface adhesive force between samples from different manufacturers.
