中医药剂治疗免疫复发性流产的安全性研究进展

摘要
复发性流产是一种常见的育龄妇女疾病,病因较为复杂,多与内分泌、遗传、感染、免疫、解剖等因素有关,其中免疫因素是引起复发性流产的重要因素。临床治疗免疫复发性流产多以免疫疗法为主,但疗效欠佳,针对不明原因的反复性流产患者而言,难以选取合理的西医疗法,且治疗后不良反应多。而在中医中药领域,采用中药治疗或联合西药治疗、针灸治疗,取得显著效果,安全性高。本研究针对中医药剂治疗免疫复发性流产安全性进行综述报道。
Recurrent miscarriage is a common disease of women of childbearing age. The etiology is more complex,and related to endocrine,genetic,infection,immune,anatomy and other factors. The immune factors are important for leading to recurrent miscarriage. Clinical treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion is mostly immunotherapy,but the efficacy was poor. For unexplained recurrent abortion patients,it is difficult to select a reasonable Western medicine therapy,and there are more adverse reactions after treatment. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment or combined with Western medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment has achieved remarkable results and high safety. In this study,the safety of recurrent spontaneous abortion in Chinese medicine was reviewed.
