摘要

目的评价超声刀辅助小切口甲状腺手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿的效果。方法选择我院手术治疗的92例结节性甲状腺肿患者,根据手术方法不同分为传统方法的对照组以及超声刀辅助小切口治疗的观察组,对比2组结节性甲状腺肿患者手术情况以及术后并发症情况。结果观察组结节性甲状腺肿患者手术时间、出血量、切口、VAS评分、术后并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予结节性甲状腺肿患者超声刀辅助小切口手术治疗用时少、损伤小、并发症少。
        objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasound-assisted small-incision thyroid surgery on the treatment of nodular goiter.Methods ninety-two patients with nodular goitre were selected for surgical treatment in our hospital. According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group of small incision treatment assisted by ultrasound scalpel,and the operating conditions and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients with nodular goitre were compared.Results The operation time, blood loss, incision,VAS score and postoperative complication rate of patients with nodular goitre in the observation group were signi? cantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Ultrasound scalpel assisted small incision surgery for patients with nodular goitre is of little time, little damage and few complications.
