摘要

目的探索在老年社区宜居环境中的公共设施设计策略。方法从社会的老龄化环境入手,对老年社区的物质构成和精神文化构成进行分析,选取其中的公共设施为对象,就其动态活动区、静态活动区、道路行走区等公共设施的基本特征及作用进行总结,以社区宜居环境中老年公共设施设计的理论依据为基础,从人文性、趣味性、文化性和安全性等角度展开探究,剖析老年社区宜居环境中的公共设施设计策略,指出相关设计的关键点和发展趋势。结论针对适老化老年社区的特性,探究城市老年人生活环境的公共设施设计,逐步建立相对完善的老年环境配套公共设施体系既是提高老年人生活环境质量的重要途径,又是社会发展的不二选择。
        The work aims to explore the design strategy of public facilities in the livable environment of the aging community. Starting from the aging environment of the society, the material composition and spiritual and cultural composition of the aging community were analyzed. With the public facilities among them as the object, the basic features and functions of the public facilities such as dynamic activity area, static activity area, road walking area, etc. were summarized. Based on the theoretical basis of the design of public facilities for the elderly in the livable environment of the community, the design strategies of the public facilities in the livable environment of the aging community were analyzed from the angles of humanity, interest, culture and safety, etc., and the key points and development trends of the relevant design were pointed out. According to the characteristics of the aging community for the elderly, exploring the design of public facilities for the living environment of the urban elderly and gradually establishing a relatively complete system of supporting public facilities for the elderly living environment are not only an important way to improve the quality of the living environment for the elderly, but also the best choice for social development.
