李学军治疗反流性食管炎经验

摘要
从李学军教授对反流性食管炎病因病机、辨治特点的认识出发,从调气为要、健脾为本,辨病为先、辨证在后,注重兼证、随证加减,辨证之中,胃镜可资等四个方面总结了李学军教授对反流性食管炎病治疗经验,并附验案举隅。
Based on Professor Li Xuejun's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of refractory esophagitis and the characteristics of differentiating the disease, professor LI Xuejun believe that first of all, we must adjust blood, and strong spleen as the main content. First identify what is the disease, and then identify what kind of symptoms. Pay attention to observe what the relevant symptoms appear, and add and subtract drugs according to different symptoms. In the identification of symptoms at the same time, observe the results of endoscopic changes. This article summarizes Professor Li Xuejun's experience in the treatment of reflux esophagitis from the four aspects described above, and cites several treatment cases.
