摘要

体育仲裁制度以其独有的特征成为当今世界发达国家解决体育纠纷的主要选项。结合我国的实际,从分析体育仲裁受案范围的规范出发,按照一定的标准划分体育纠纷的类型,并在前述基础上尝试性地提出我国体育仲裁受案范围的界定标准,能够为我国体育仲裁制度的建设和发展提供借鉴和参考。
        Since sports arbitration system has been accepted as a major option to settle down athletic disputes in developed countries owing to its peculiarity,the paper proposed tentatively the defining criteria of acceptance scope of the system in China according to actual conditions on the basis of the classification of athletic disputes and an analysis of the standard that specifies the acceptance scope,aiming to offer some references to the construction and development of the system in China.
