摘要
目的:研究钛片二次高压阳极氧化载锌生物膜层抗菌性以及细胞生物相容性的改变情况。方法:试件二次高压阳极氧化为A组,再经植酸处理的为B组,以B组为基化学镀锌(15g/L、20g/L、25g/L乙酸锌)分别为C、D、E组。将不同级别试样进行细胞黏附、增殖及激光共聚焦显微镜研究细胞相容性。结果:细胞增殖和黏附率均为E>D>C>B>A,且5组数据之间比较差异均具有统计学意义。碱性磷酸酶检测D、E两组细胞ALP吸光度值显著高于A、B、C三组,且E组高于D组。结论:纯钛二次高压阳极氧化经植酸处理载25g/L乙酸锌的生物相容性最佳。且随着锌离子浓度增加,生物相容性成正相关。
        Objective:To study the titanium plate two high voltage anodic oxidation of zinc loaded antibacterial biological film and changes of cell biocompatibility.Methods:titanium specimens two high voltage anodic oxidation without the phytic acid treatment group A was treated with phytic acid as group B,after two times of high voltage anodic oxidation after chemical processing of phytic acid 15 g/L,20 g/L,25 g/L zinc acetate composite treatment in experimental C,D,E group.The titanium plate two high voltage anodic oxidation by phytic acid were cultured zinc loaded specimens after placed at 37℃,then count the colony and calculate the inhibitory rate;through CCK-8 method and laser confocal microscope were used to study the cytocompatibility of the specimens.Results:the bacteriostatic rate,cell proliferation and adhesion rate were E>D>C>B>A.Laser confocal cytoskeleton morphology showed that the two groups of DNE cells grew faster and more closely related.Conclusion:Confocal cell cytoskeleton morphology of the two groups is more rapid and more closely related.Group E had good biocompatibility,and the best biocompatibility of group E was 25 g/L zinc acetate after phytic acid treatment.
