李建仲治疗冻结肩临床经验

摘要
冻结肩是中老年人的常见病,其病因和病理机制目前尚未完全明确,但其具有典型的症状及体征,严重影响了患者的生活质量。临床上对于冻结肩的治疗主要采用针灸、推拿、药物、物理治疗等保守疗法。李建仲从事推拿临床工作30余年,临床经验丰富,对冻结肩的认识与治疗有独到见解,并提出了一套行之有效的治疗方法,其中尤以肩关节三轴扳法最为关键,且独具特色,临床疗效显著。文章对李建仲推拿治疗冻结肩的经验进行了总结。
Frozen shoulder is the common disease of the middle-aged and aged people. The etiology and pathogenesis are unknown at present,but the disease has typical symptoms and physical signs,which affects seriously the living quality of patient. In clinic,the conservative therapy is commonly used in the treatment of frozen shoulder,such as acupuncture,moxibustion,tuina,medication and physical therapy. Li Jianzhong has been engaged in the clinical practice of tuina for over 30 years and has accumulated rich experiences and unique understanding of the disease. He has developed a set of effective scheme of treatment,in which the three aixs pulling manipulation of shoulder joint is the key step. The significant therapeutic effects are achieved. In the paper,Li Jianzhong' s experiences were summarized in the treatment of frozen shoulder with tuina.
