第三方实验室档案管理的建立及优化

摘要
实验室认证认可是国家权威机构对检测及校准实验室能力的评审及认定,是规范质量管理的一种认证方式,而档案管理是实验室运行质量管理体系中的重要环节。针对CNAS、CMA对第三方实验室档案管理的相关要求,实验室建立并优化档案管理方案,采用汇总收集、分类管理、电子目录查阅及信息系统管理等新的管理模式,精准把控实验室档案定位,加快档案数字化建设,提高档案管理水平,使其具有条理性、可读性及可追溯性,在完善档案管理的同时,帮助实验室创新管理理念,健全管理制度,在质量管理体系方面得到提升,更好的提供第三方检测服务。
Laboratory accreditation is a kind of certification method for the state authority to review and identify the ability of the testing and calibration of a laboratory, and is a kind of authentication method for the standard quality management. File management is an important link in the quality management system of laboratory operation. For the requirements of CNAS and CMA on the management of the third-party laboratory files, a laboratory should establish and optimize the file management plan. New management models such as summary collection, classification management, electronic catalog access and information system management are adopted, locating the archives of the laboratory accurately, speeding up the construction of archives digitalization and improving the level of archives management. The management of archives is rational, readable and traceable. While improving archives management, we should help laboratories create innovative management concepts, perfect the management system, promote the quality management system, and better provide the third party testing services.
