铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的Meta分析

摘要
目的:评价铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、CBMdisc、CNKI、VIP、万方数据库中关于铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的随机对照试验,检索时间均为建库至2018年9月。由2位研究者独立严格按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件对资料进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入4个随机对照试验,1 286例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:与常规治疗手段相比,铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎治疗总体有效率更高[RR=1. 39,95%CI:(1.26,1.52)];接受联合治疗的患者治疗后24 h食管p H值De Meester评分低于对照组[WMD=-17. 80,95%CI:(-22.93,-12.67)];接受联合治疗的患者治疗后症状评分低于对照组[WMD=-3. 98,95%CI:(-5. 97,-2.00)]。结论:铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂较分别常规方法治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的疗效更加显著。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of magnesium aluminate combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis. Methods PubMed,CBMdisc,CNKI,Wang Fang Database and VIP Database were searched for collecting randomized controlled trials( RCT) of magnesium aluminate combined with proton pump inhibitors for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to September,2018. Two researchers independently and strictly screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted the data and evaluated the quality. Rev Man 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis of the data. Results A total of 4 randomized controlled trials and 1,286 subjects were included. Meta-analysis showed that the overall effective rate of magnesium aluminate combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis was higher than that of conventional therapy [RR = 1.39,95% CI:( 1.26,1.52) ]; the esophageal p H De Meester score of patients receiving combined therapy was lower than that of control group [WMD =-17.80,95% CI:(-22.93,-12. 67) ]; and the symptom score of patients receiving combined therapy was lower than that of control group [WMD =-17. 80,95% CI:(-22.93,-12. 67) ]. It was lower than the control group [WMD =-3.98,95% CI:(-5.97,-2. 00) ].Conclusion Magnesium aluminium carbonate combined with proton pump inhibitor is more effective than conventional methods in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux laryngitis.
